i’d like to think that i’m

usually reasonably creative.  but sometimes i look at a picture and as cool as it might look, i’m shooting blanks creatively and i find myself assed out with nothing to say about the image.

that’s what happened today.

some kind of sea bird skimming the ocean about two miles offshore of haleiwa.  panning shot taken with my trusty backup body, 70-200mm f/2.8L +2x teleconverter, in a small catamaran that was pitching in the ocean.  i’m getting pretty good at following things even when i’m zoomed out to like 600mm.  sweet.
